Worried

So I've given my bf a few bj's, no biggy. But this week the inside of my cheek started being sore. Two days later I have Two small white canker like spots. I searched it and classified it as oral herpes. The problem isn't the herpes, it's that my bf gave them to me. Idk how to tell him! I'm nervous that maybe he will think they aren't from him and blame me, or be really embarrassed and deny it or maybe even be Totally grossed out and dump me🙈 help
