No symptoms in TWW but still get a BFP?!

Anyone??? I'm in my TWW and getting antsy over here. Just curious if anyone has gotten a BFP But had no symptoms at all during their TWW. I do have sore boobs, but this happened last time after ovulation and then I started AF, so not really reading into that one lol.

I never had any symptoms with any of my pregnancies. Only reason I knew was because of missed af so there is still hope
