how to get a soft shave??

I've tried everything from using conditioner to neosporn and nothing's giving me the porn star results I want. I've tried shaving against the grain but there's still stubble. What's the best way to get a nice clean shave?

Along with exfoliation beforehand make sure to shave with warm not hot water. Also, as you said, use conditioner and stick with that route so long as you aren't experiencing any reactions to it. Another tip, pill your skin taut while shaving for the cleanest approach. Don't forget to use a new razor after every 5-6 shaves too! 😊 all that seems to do the trick for me personally! I will usually wash my hair and the rest of my body before I shave so that the water/steam opens up my pores and my skin is nice and hydrated. I use a loofa and body wash and scrub moderately rough to exfoliate and get rid of dead skin cells. Then I use a shaving cream usually or just soap and shave in all directions (with the grain, sideways, against the grain, etc). I use a men's gilette razor (the flex ball kind with 4 razors) cause I find they work best. I have really sensitive skin so if the waters too hot I'll get a rash right away so I have to use warm or almost lukewarm water to rinse myself off afterwards. And then I use lotion all over when I'm done and dried off. Hope this helps!

Always exfoliate before hand to lift the hairs, this makes the skin super soft and lifts dead skin so will allow you to get a closer shave! I always shave against the grain after this and never have problems 😊

I personal make my own coffee sugar scrub and I have a 4 step routine:

1. Exfoliate legs.
2. Shave
3. Exfoliate again.
4. Shave again.

I rub the scrub on my legs moderately rough and in circular motions just to make sure I'm really smoothing out the pores on my legs and making sure I don't have any dead skin build up when I go to shave. The only reason I do it twice is because I've noticed it really opens and cleans the pores so I can have a more precise shave :)
