When should I go to doctor??😪😬😣

I came off nexoninplant implant in September started trying in October for first child. But period keeps on being late every month even logging it so changed for next month then late again is there something wrong with or will be just my body getting back normally after conceptive? I had it for 3 year then another 3 year and I think I only had about 4 Or 5 period while on it but only short ones. I'm only 22 23 in May. I really want baby I hope nothing wrong with me 😪😪😪😪😪😪 please comment don't just read if this happen to you or if been doctor for something like this what did they do or say ???
