Miscarriage

So, two weeks ago I lost my virginity by having unprotected sex with my boyfriend but he pulled out before he came. Immediately afterwards I had some spotting but then the next day it was gone. Two days later I got my period for a normal 6 days. About five days later, today, we had sex again with a condom. It was a lot more rough than the last time so when I looked down and there was blood all over me I rushed into the shower and we stopped. It's now 6 hours afterwards and I have been non stop bleeding bright red blood since then. Until, when I was going to the bathroom just now, I noticed something coming out of me other than blood. I caught it in a piece of toilet paper before it fell into the toilet. I started freaking out because it's this quarter sized chunk of fleshy dark red stuff but it's quite dense and looks like a bubble sorta. After some research online, it seems to be a possible miscarriage. I'm really concerned that it might be. Has anyone else gone through something like this or can shed some light on what it could be? I'm almost positive it's not the uterine wall shedding itself or anything since I've been off my period for a while now. I'd appreciate any help you guys have 💜
