Does Zantac help!?

Heartburn/indigestion is killing me. I haven't been able to eat much for a week and even threw up the other night. I'm afraid to eat anymore, I'm desperate for remedies!

Zantac has been amazing for me, but if you go on it regularly please note that it negatively affects your body's iron absorption, so you'll want to boost up iron rich foods in your diet to get enough and to avoid anemia.

Yes! I had the WORST heartburn and acid reflux. I had it ever since I got pregnant and it was getting worse the further I got. I hated eating, because literally everything made me sick. Tums never helped me. I finally went and bought some Zantac. I take the 150 one once a day and so far so good haha. You can take it twice I think if it's really bad.

It somewhat worked for me. Used it in the beginning but at about 23 weeks my heartburn got worse and it didn't really help. My OB recommend Prevacid. Started it Monday, took a couple of days to fully work but had an amazing day today with zero heart burn. Even made it without throwing up this morning. 😊

Zantac helps me, but sometimes i have to pair it with a tums after i eat.  Also try to avoid foods with a lot of acid,  eating close to bed time,  and fruit juices.  I jave even given up caffeine because that seems to cause me integestion now as well. If zantac doesn't help i would recommend calling your doctor, especially if you are having issues keeping food down. Good luck!

Yes girl. I have acid reflux now from my pregnancy with my son and he's about to be 3. I had to live on it lol. I could just smell marinara sauce and get heartburn.
