Should I take magnesium w/my prenatals??
So I got some blood work done today for my progesterone levels and the lady helping me suggested I take magnesium. I figured my prenatals I take had it, but when I got home and checked I found out that it in fact does not..
So, would it be fine to start taking the magnesium pills along side my prenatals?
I will of course ask my doctor but was curious if anyone else does this?
