Orgasming too quick

My husband use to rush me during sex  cause he said i took too long (which is selfish of him). eventually, overtime, i learn to rush myself with my thinking. nowadays, I cum in 10 minutes than 25-40 min.  he is now saying i cum too fast which makes him lose his concentration. therefore he cant cum anymore with me. i dont know what to do. suggestions to help me delay orgasm. he wants to at same time
