PCOS & Weight?

After my husband and I got married in May. I finally got on ins. After they told me I had PCOS and I needed to lose weight and eat well as well as excersise. I did. I've been on Metformin for a few months now. Just had my first real period since I was very young. Are there any other women who are in the same boat? How does the Metformin affect you? I would love to hear some thoughts so I know what all to expect. In my first fertile window now. It's almost over. I wonder if the chances are good this early.
