My anxiety does any one else feel this way???

So my doc says that he thinks I'm bipolar. Because some days I'm happy other days I cry an I don't know why some days I'm just angry at the world an don't want to be bothered I do feel like it's my anxiety I'm used to working ever since I broke my hand an haven't been able to work it feels like I have a lot on my shoulders I can't sleep at night so he gave me seroquel I looked it up its an anti psychotic drug now I take it to help me sleep but sometimes it gives me nightmares and I'm not sure if it's because I have anxiety or what it is I'm also a very aggressive person sometimes can anyone relate? If so what worked best for u? I'm also a very emotional person
