Day 3 FSH and ultrasound

I'm 35 year old. After finding out 11.1 FSH on day 3 of my last cycle. Went in for FSH and ultrasound on this cycle as it turns out I have cysts. The technician asked if I have endometriosis. I don't know if I have it...but if I have it will I get pregnant. Anyone with similar experience? Can you please advise how to work through it. I'm waiting to hear from my doc now
