Abnormal pain

Hi i am ttc for 6 months. i have very irregular periods but they have been normal the past 3 months. I am supposed to start on monday. But anyway thus week I have been bloated and my nipples hurt so so bad and my lower back is also hurting very bad and it hurts to have intercourse. I hope i dont have pcos or something i am going to the doctor this week i was just wondering if anyone knows what these symptoms might indicate. Thanks.
