What are you doing to get pregnant?

Question

Nearly time for me to start another cycle (2 years ttc)and really wanting to optamize chances this month.  What are you guys doing  or taking to increase your chance of ttc?

I take prenatals, chart my bbt, and use OPKs. I'm on my 4th cycle of chlomid (for PCOS). The first month I did 50mg but didn't ovulate. So the next cycles she bumped me up to 100 mg.  and I've ovulated every cycle (but no baby yet!). She also had me start progesterone the 2nd cycle-now and last cycle she added estradiol as well. Sometimes the chlomid will dry you up, so Preseed is good when that happens. I tried Mucinex last month, but I didn't notice a change.

Pressed, opk, take female fertility blend, and have him take male fertility blend sold at GNC. Have sex a couple of days before ovulationing and during ovulation of course. Try to have fun and not stress

I take prenal vitamin, cranberry supplement, & a baby asprin. I started the 21 day fix diet and exercise program 2 weeks ago. I also track CM & CP. Planning on learning BBT next cycle to see what day exactly that I'm ovulating on. I can see a big difference in my CM this cycle, lots of EWCM :)
