Can I take week fours pill early ?

Question

If I start taking the last week pills on the third week and just skip the third week, which would be just one week early, so I don't have it on the weekend I'm going away. Would I possibly get pregnant. I know before I was having sex I used to take my sugar pill (week 4) a week early so I wouldn't have my period on vacation.

No you cannot. You have to take all of your hormonal pills during the month to be protected. You can however just skip your period. When you take your last hormonal pill of one pack just start a new pack the next day and skip the placebos. It's totally fine to do that.
