Hospital Bag

When is a good time to have your hospital bag packed and ready to go? This is baby #3 and with my last 2 I never made it to my due date. My first I had at 23 weeks and my 2nd at 36 weeks. Im just not sure 😫😫 have any of you prepared your bags yet?
