I need help!

I'm 15 (yes I know I'm still young) and I've never really been in a relationship. I see all my friends in strong relationships and they've all had their 1st kiss and their loosing their virginity but I haven't.  Guys hit on me and ask me out but I've never dated any of them. I just don't really click with anyone and the only guys I do click with are my guy friends. I want a relationship but I don't know if my shyness is getting in the way or I'm just not sparking with anyone. When a guy asks for my # I give it to them and text them but they are all so boring so I eventually just stop talking to them. Does anyone have any advice for me and is this normal?
