Chicken Fried Rice during pregnancy?

I'm craving it but I hear not to eat it. Is it bad or is a tiny bit okay? I'm 7 weeks and 5 days.

lol if that's the case my baby woulda been gone a LONG time ago, I discovered a Chinese delivery service around 14-15 weeks in my pregnancy and they already know my number and my order by heart due to me ordering there at least once a week. I order veggie fried rice and sesame chicken or general tso chicken. I'm currently 27 weeks and my baby boy has zero health problems and is growing perfectly :) don't let certain things worry you food wise, do enough research and you could probably find an article stating air is bad for the pregnancy

The only reason I think it would t be ok is the sodium. My doc said to limit Chinese because of the sodium but if it's something you are making just watch how much salt or soy sauce you put in it :)

I sure hope not. Lol My major craving has been pork fried rice and I haven't had any issues. Almost 30 weeks and baby is perfect!

Goodness girl eat what your hy eart desires just in moderation I've never heard anything about n pi to eating so.ething exsept fish cold cuts and certain cheeses Ur fine I still eat fish and occasional cold cuts and I even eat all types of cheese I'm 39 weeks and baby's OK it's just a slight risk that was never known about until a few years ago Lol

Every day someone adds something new to the pregnancy do not eat list lol by the time our kids have kids pregnant women will be limited to drinking water and eating air lol

Go for it!!! If you're ordering out just make sure it's from a clean reputable restaurant and if you want ask them to limit the amount of salt.
