Suspected MC at 6 week

I am 6 week pregnant but am pretty certain that I have had a miscarriage around 11pm last night. My husband isn't so sure he still want to dismiss it so he told me to book a doctor appointment, I've done this but really don't know we're to go with the feelings that are going round my head. We've been trying 3.5 years we never thought I would get pregnant & were over the moon when we found out now this has happened I am worried that because of the way my husband has reacted to the possible miscarriage that he wouldn't be able to handle going through it all again.
