TMI PUPPY POOP-problem w/ puppy poop picture

I just got a new puppy and when I took him out to poop this morning he pooped like diarrhea and then after he pooped he dragged his butt on the ground and then he tried to poop again but it came out clear and mucus-like has anybody had this issue with new puppy's if so what do I do or what could it be? And sorry for the gross pictures!!! And sorry if this is in the wrong place
