The Coil! Tell me your stories!

I got the coil (IUD) fitted today, because frankly I was terrible at taking my pill and I was sick of having horrendous mood swings. I found the whole procedure relatively pleasant, the doctor and the nurse where lovely! The only problem I'm having now is trying to cope with the pain! I've taken paracetamol, had a warm bath and put a hot water bottle on my belly, but nothing seems to ease the pain in any way! Any suggestions??
