Exercise ball?

Has anyone used the exercise ball while pregnant. What does it help with the most?

Yep I bounded on it and say on it because it helps tilt your pelvis forward which is good. I even say on it and would do a hula hoop type movement each direction. It just helps move baby down and get positioned

I would sit on it and iron haha! Bounce up and down while doing all the ironing and helped my lower back

I do prenatal yoga/Pilates with mine. It also helps with back and rib pain if I sit on it. I get horrid pain in my ribs from sitting or laying down and the ball helps.

I use it to loosen up my muscles in my back mostly, I notice I get pretty stiff and uncomfortable at times . Just rolling my hips around while I'm sitting , or laying on my back on it & rolling it up and down between my butt & shoulder blades seems to take tension off

I just ordered mine today! My sister has one and it really is great for just moving your hips on when your uncomfortable standing and sitting!
