Can someone please explain these ovulation results to me? It's my first time trying this. I am confused about it. My period started on the 8th and lasted five days. The fertile window shows my third day of being fertile. Please help or throw some advice.

Those are positive. You should ovulate within 12-36 hours (depending on how sensitive the instructions say the test is). Once you ovulate,  the egg is only viable for 24 hours, so try to BD at least the day of the positive opk and if you can,  the day after that as well.
