Am i over worrying

So im 1-2 weeks pregnant according too my pregnancy test which is about right, i went hospital on saturday and my hcg levels were 44 they told me too come in yesterday to repeat my bloods and i did, i called to get my results too see if it has increased this morning (9am) and the lady just called me back (4pm) saying the doctor saud come back in tomorrow to repeat my bloods, i asked why and she said no notes was left and that i should repeat it tomorrow, am i over worrying that somethings wrong or have they lost my results
