Pelvic rest question

I just found out yesterday at my ultrasound that I have a low lying placenta. I was pretty upset by this. Has anyone else experienced this?? They said if it doesn't rise on its own, I'll have to have a planned c-section. 😔 I've been wanting a birth as natural as possible with a midwife. They also said pelvic rest indefinitely. Nothing in the vagina. This may be a dumb question but what about orgasm via your clit? Is orgasm just as dangerous even if it's not during intercourse? I tried to ask this but they just repeated "nothing in your vagina" ....
