Is there justice?!

I'm going through a divorce my ex has violated a court order to provide child support, spousal support, post my legal fees, and he hasn't seen or spoken to the kids in a month. I want justice for us and this financial burden but it's all a waiting game and so expensive, I feel like he is just getting away with it all and I can't afford another 2000 dollars to finally get divorced this sucks. Advice? I'm in Texas
