Has anyone heard of essential oils helping with PCOS. I was trying to see if anyone knew of any natural ways to help PCOS? I have been on clomid since August so I just wanted to explore my options.

I have a friend who used this oils
For 2 months and became pregnant.  I just bought it and am going to try. Been ttc for 2 1/2 yrs for first one and I have pcos with maybe 1-2 periods a year. If you have any questions I am a distributed of young living oils and we can talk.

I have not tried any oils but I am currently getting acupuncture for PCOS and fertility and started taking Fertilaid, which are supplements, by the suggestion of my acupuncturist. I am hoping they help! I also am taking Ovuwise. Started both this cycle. I tried 3 rounds of Letrozole last year with no luck and decided to try alternative medicine instead.

What brand of oils are you looking at?  I have a few from Young living that I have been using to regulate my hormones.

My personal belief is its all about your diet and the chemicals we expose ourselves to everyday (but I'm no doctor obviously). I'm convinced that processed food, sugar substitute, and white sugar are all culprits. Try to cut out anything with xenoestrogens; soy and PCOS do not mix! I don't know anything about beneficial oils but tea tree oil and lavender oil are also xenoestrogens!
