advice??

my boyfriend and I have been best friends since birth. we just started dating recently (6 months almost 7) and I feel like we were happier when we were just friends. we have an apartment together and neither one of us can afford it on our own and our lease isn't up until November. but I just feel like we're drifting apart and I don't feel as strongly as I use to for him. he plays video games a lot and every time he makes plans for us to go out like on a date he changes his mind or wants to play video games instead. I don't know if I can do this anymore and I just need advice. I really love him but I don't know if it's a romantic love anymore or just a friend love.  advice please!!!😩😭
