Labor

I'm so anxious of going into labor. I'm at high risk of going into preterm labor at any moment but they're hoping I can make it to 34 weeks at bed rest in the hospital. For any moms who have had their babies already. What does labor feel like and what do I need to expect? I've heard stories of popping on the bed or vaginal tearing. I'm scared to death of the pain.
