Period woes 🙄

Hi ladies!  So I've been low carbing(to avoid medicines and try and naturally "fix" my pcos) since about mid November, I've lost 26.4 lbs to date (yay!) about 5 more to go! Anyhow, this month, I feel like my body has "re-started", period wise. Meaning...I ovulated on my own and I've had my period now for 8 full days, spotty the first 2 days then full flow since then. Has anyone ever experienced a cycle like this after losing weight? Thanks in advance! 😘
