AF Cramps, tips please 🤔
Ever since I got off BC my menstrual cramping is back and not pleasant! I have taken Midol and have heating pad on now, but just curious if anyone else has some tips. What do u do that helps a little bit? So I can prepare for next month (if I don't get knocked up 😉)
