Ready for another baby

My husband an I had our first baby girl in 2012 but she passed away at birth,then 3 months later I became pregnant again with my 2.5 year old daughter who will be 3 on Feb 12th. With my last baby I had an c- section an we was trying to get pregnant two months ago I had all the symptoms,faint lines,nausea& food cravings but my last test came up negative. My husband told me to wait an wait but I'm ready now because when I do get pregnant I have to get an cerclage,an go on bedrest. But I'm a stay at home wife an my husband makes great money but he keep saying wait. I just want to cry. Is there any other ladies out there who has to wait but they are ready now??
