Ladies I need your help!!!

Today I will be 5 days late. I'm very regular. I had a tiny bit of spotting on Saturday which is when I should have started. Like literally two drops of pink blood. I've had a lot of CM which is kind of irregular for me. I've been SO hungry. My boobs are a little sore but not uncomfortably. I've felt some pressure in my abdomen area. Also a little nausea here and there. I took a hpt on Sunday and came back negative(first picture) and then another first thing this morning and another negative(second picture) what is going on with me?! I'm tired of getting my hopes up. I need your opinion.
