Zika related question-- Florida?

Hi gals--  I just had to cancel my trip to Colombia in a few weeks due to the Zika virus... The flights both connected in Miami so we were going to just turn it into a Florida trip, but the more I read, the more I am stressing about heading the the gulf coast, where mosquitoes may eventually be. There haven't been any confirmed mosquitoes or cases there yet. But, last night I had a nightmare, basically a Rosemary's baby scenerio. It took me forever to get back to sleep... I am just curious what you ladies think. Am I stressing out way too much about this? Should I just cancel all travel and avoid any risk? What would you do? Thanks for your guidance!
