Onset of labor???

Question

So I have been diarrhea and nausea they last couple of days paired along with extreme heart burn. This morning nauseous again and now having period like pain. Not cramps but like a somewhat burning sensation that radiates through my body when I have my period. Any thoughts? I'm only 35 weeks

I'm 35 weeks and 3 days and same here been having it since 34 weeks.. But no sign of labor yet

I'm a week behind you and have had similar spells. Well, I've had heartburn and morning sickness the entire pregnancy. But, both have gotten worse and I have been feeling an urgent need to go to the potty like I have diarrhea. And, this weird cold/hot/tight/can't breathe/can't get comfortable sensation. Not cramps, really. Anyway, saw my doc Monday. She thinks the GI sxs are just GI sxs and have nothing to do with labor. She thinks the can't breathe is baby's position since I'm so short. She thinks the faint feeling is poor hydration. I was advised to rest as needed, drink more, and shown some stretches and positions to help with discomfort. BUT, if your cramping feels like your period, it may be worth a call to your OB to either let them tell you that you're fine it have you come in to get checked. Tell Ariel she needs to cook a little bit longer!

I am 37 weeks and had this for the past two days, woke up today and I feel fine. My OB is saying it's just your body preparing, and with real labor pains it will be a pattern and progressively worse. You might want to call your doctors office for an opinion though, because you aren't full term yet so they might just put you on monitor's to make sure everything is ok.
