Do you disclose your STD's?

Hi y'all I was just wondering if you disclose your STD'S to your partners? Within the last few years I was diagnosed with HPV, and a particularly bad for of the disease. I already had precancerous cells starting and had to have my lady parts frozen with liquid nitrogen. It's unlikely, but this procedure could make it hard for me to carry a child to term in the future.

Since I have only ever been with my husband, we know the disease came from him, but testing is much harder in males. He's pretty sure it came from his last partner before me.

I guess what I am trying to say is that we women need to take an active stand in preventing the spread of this disease and it begins with disclosure. Most of my friends also have some form of HPV. This STD can still spread even with a condom from all of the other parts that touch during sex. It's a funny bugger because it's fairly treatable and I think people underestimate it, but HPV can also have some really nasty complications. So let's start a revolution: I HAVE HPV!!!
