Checking Temp?

I'm now 3 days away from my fertile windows. When should I start checking my temp and taking OPK tests? This is my chart, can you guys let me know when you started please? I'm starting to give up on TTC it's just to stressful getting negative results month after months.

Start checking your temperature straight away. Best to do it when you first wake up while still in bed. Try to do it at same time every day. I've been doing mine the past couple of months and you start to see patterns. I usually start using opks a few days after period or from day after just to be sure I don't miss it. Check your cervix mucus too because when it's eggy and stretchy means you are ovulating or just about to. Good luck! I understand the frustration you are not alone ☺

You should temp everyday that way you will notice patterns and ovulation will be easier to pinpoint. If you don't know what your baseline temp is when not ovulating you never k ow if it spikes or not because you won't have anything to compare it to
