To early or not pregnant ?!

So I got my iud after the birth of my daughter last November , almost a month ago I got it removed due to intense cramping had to wait to get on bc pill till my next period which isn't due for another week or so , well a week and a half ago my SO came in me , been feeling super pregnant, nauseous smells are bugging me diarrhea (sorry tmi) backache fatigue etc I was very quick to know with my daughter and they say your body is more in tune for baby number 2 took a test today even tho I haven't had a missed period and it said no , do you think it's just to early to tell or probably not pregnant
