Tip for those with nasal congestion
I've had terrible nasal congestion- so bad that it is interfering with sleep. Bought a neti pot at Walgreens and its gross, but it definitely helps!! It says it's safe during pregnancy but you may want to check with your doctor! Just thought I'd mention it :)
