Would love other opinions please 😐

I had a mc in April last year and I had like a pulling heavy feeling inside my vagina like the bone/pelvic area but inside if that makes sense it's hard to describe...... I'm getting it again and AF is due in 4 days.... Has anyone else experienced this and know what it is? Thanks in advance
