Cleaning while Pregnant

I am currently 20wks and I can't clean heavily anymore bcuz doctor has ruled me as high risk. Today I just realized how disgusting my place looks. My hubby works 6days and is off literally for only 30hours. He's a truck driver and in the Army national guard so of course he barely has time to help keep our place in order. We have little friends to ask for help with the cleaning situation. Do you think is hiring a cleaning service to help clean every week until we finally have everything in order is too uppity of us?
