I'm scheduled for a cesarean so I figured they don't really need to check me. So idk if I'm dilated or effaced :( had a growth scan, baby girl is 6lbs exactly and measuring on time. Idk if I'm just freaking out myself or what, but I was 182lbs last week and I've been gaining 1lb a week which is okay for me being over weight with GD. But today I was 187... maybe it was my shoes but I'm scared that I gained so much in one week when normally I wouldn't. Also my BP keeps climbing. 3 weeks ago I was 106 over something (normal for whole pregnancy), next appt last week it jumped to 124 over something, today was 128 over something (I can never remember the second number). I'm getting nervous about preeclampsia. I just started to have swelling but i figured it was normal for late pregnancy. It's not severe. I've had a few vision changes such as auras and floaters but only happened 3 in the past 3 weeks.. I'm probably just freaking myself out. I've got 2 weeks left.
