Sick!

I have an awful migraine, ridiculous nausea, terrible cramps, and my body is freezing cold but my temp is almost at 100. I heard if it reaches 101 I have to go to the ER, so what can I do to reduce my fever (& hopefully subside my symptoms) before it gets any higher? I took 500mg of Tylenol about an hour and a half or so ago. It's not helping with anything. 😭😭😭
