Need advice

Ok so my SO is having some fiancial issues. Right now he lives about 4 hours away from me which is super hard for the both of us. So he has a twin brother who suggested that he come stay with him in new jersey to get on his feet. So pretty soon he will be moving to new Jersey which is almost 7 hours away from me. Right now I'm not in the position to go with him because I'm my grandmother's primary care giver. How do I cope with him leaving? I don't really want him to go....
