Not interested in traditional life

I'm 21, and for a long time I've rejected the idea of marriage and kids. I don't see the need for marriage and I think kids are a nuisance personally. I have been in love here and there but I never saw marriage as a way to truly commit to someone. Did anyone else feel like this at a young age but then changed their mind later in life? I'm curious if this is just a long phase for me or what.
