Husband went soft HELP

Oh my gosh. My husband during sex went soft. We have only been married 3 months. We have been together for 5 years and we were a little sexually active during that time. We never really had sex but oral. Now that we are married we have had sex not as often as I'd like but he has never gone soft. He said he thought he may have came but I know he didn't. Why would this happen? I'm so embarrassed and feel like he isn't attractive to me. 😧
