Crazy low supply!!

Hit an all time low in supply - I can't even get half a frickin ounce out !! Trying not to stress but I'd really like to take my son off formula - I did so good at first .. Then hit a low supply and it went back up and now this is just insanely low!! Started fenugreek today.. Any other things I can do?! Any tricks that will help it boost as soon as possible??
