Ovulation question
Hi, so I've asked this question before but haven't really gotten an answer. How do you tell the exact day you ovulate? Is it the day of your LH surge, or after? Glow tells me a specific day but not sure it happened then. I want to input the date into Ovia but I don't know when. Sigh.
