Anyone else NOT quite ready?

So I see a ton of posts of people wanting their babies out NOW... Am I the only one who's not quite ready??

I'm 38 weeks today and would like another week or so to mentally prepare myself.... Of course I'm so excited to meet my baby! But I started mat leave early and am wanting to enjoy some me time before the baby comes!

I'm uncomfortable... But not at the point where it's unbearable yet... Anyone else? Or am I just a freak? 😂

I'm not ready, and this is my second!  I think knowing what I'm getting myself into is freaking me out a bit.  I'm 35 wks and just got my bassinet set up.  I really need to get on the ball with and toddler and the holidays I just got behind.  I'm finally feeling the urge to get everything done.

Omg I thought I was the only one too!!! I'm still enjoying sleeping in on the weekends and just picking up and running to the store, or shopping for as long as I want. I'm ridiculously excited to meet my sweet boy, but at the same time I would really love just a little more time to enjoy life as I know it. It will never be the same!

You're definitely not alone! I'm 36+1 and in no rush to have this baby arrive. We JUST moved into our new house, absolutely nothing is ready. That, and I need the rest of my time at work! Money is sooooooo tight right now.

This is my first so I'm hoping if anything baby will go over my due date (2.16) by a week or so, lol.

I'm ready to meet my baby but at the same time in not terribly uncomfortable either and am trying to cherish and enjoy these last few weeks of baby inside me :)

Totally feel you. VERY excited to meet him but would be fine if he was a week or two late. Unless he grew a lot... I don't want to blow out my nether regions 😜
