Itchy!?

Any of you ladies have advice for itchy stomachs? I use coconut oil everyday in the shower and I use a thick cream as well but no matter what I do I can't stop the urge to scratch. Any recommendations would be great!

Talk to your OB about it just to make sure it's not cholestasis, which left untreated can be bad for you & baby. Hang in there, mama!

Dry brush your stomach!!! 
Then make a homemade paste (I just use olive oil with salt and or sugar) making a exfoliant........ Before you're in the shower rub the paste on for as long as you can removing all the dead skin cells (you can do your arms legs etc) rinse off in the shower and end with baby oil. Rub it all over. Rinse it off lightly and pat dry. You and your skin will feel like heaven!!!

Make sure it isn't pupps rash. If it is your doc should give u a steroid cream or direct you to something that will help u because everyone is different

I found that taking cooler showers has helped. Very warm showers make it worse.
