Missed a day or two of progesterone suppository

I'm on progesterone suppository for shortening of my cervix, I been on the medicine for a month now and my cervix did improve from 2.6 too 3.3 Amen!! My insurance don't cover the medicine so I gotta pay outta pocket of course, and I gotta wait till I get paid, so I'll be with out it for 2days! Has anyone missed a couple days bringing this medicine and we're you OK? Did your cervix change?
